Nature's Way Alive! Women's Gummy Vitamins Review

Alive! Women’s Multivitamin Gummies just came out with a new flavor, mixed berry, and sent me over a couple bottles to test out. If you’re interested in my review then keep reading.

The first thing I always do while picking up a multivitamin is to check ingredients. Doesn’t matter how many positive reviews a product has if it contains something I don’t want to put in my body I just won’t use it.

Dangerous ingredient’s I try to avoid in supplements:
- Artificial Food Colors
- Heavy Metals (Lead, Mercury, PCBs)
- Hydrogenated Oils
- Talc or Magnesium Silicate
- Titanium Dioxide

Nature's Way Alive! Women's Gummy Vitamins contain NO yeast, gluten, dairy products, artificial flavoring, wheat, preservatives, eggs, peanuts, gelatin. How great!

How many capsules/tablets/gummies do you need to take?
That’s another thing I always look for before buying a supplement is the dosage  - sometimes you are required to take 4-8 huge tablets a day! I rather pick a supplement that is more concentrated so I don’t take more pills than I have to. For Alive, you only need to take 2 gummies a day!

I use these Women’s Gummy Multivitamins as a part of my daily regimen. It’s nice to swap pills for something more enjoyable like gummies!

The Alive! Women’s Multivitamin Gummies contain 16 vitamins & minerals, including the full B vitamin complex. They help to support my lifestyle and overall health. Each serving contains 75 mg of their proprietary Orchard Fruits™/ Garden Veggies™ Powder Blend made from oranges, blueberries and more.

These mixed berry-flavored gummies are made from fruit-based pectin and are gluten-free. They are perfect when you are on the go because you do not have to worry about them melting, especially in the summer heat.

  1. Do you take these yourself, Hun? Do you recommend this brand overall?

    1. Yes, I do! These are probably one of the best gummy vitamins available without artificial coloring and other unnecessary ingredients. I also like Thorne 2 a day vitamins, but they're in the form of capsules.
