How to fry PLANTAINS? My favorite healthy and simple dessert RECIPE

 Today I'm gonna share with you my favorite dessert recipe. It's super easy and you're gonna love it! Plantains are not only very healthy but also super delicious. You can eat them for dinner or for a dessert. 

1. Slice the plantain lengthwise into long, flat strips

2. Pour the avocado or coconut oil into a pan (it should rise up about 1⁄2 inch. 

3. Lay the plantain pieces in the hot oil and fry them until they're tender and golden. Make sure to flip them regularly. It takes about 5 minutes.

4. That's how ready plantains look like.

5. Take them off the pan and place on paper towel to remove the excess oil.

6. Don't forget to sprinkle them with some salt and cinnamon.
